Michigan Chicken

Ingredients

1/4 c butter or margarine

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 whole chicken cut up (or you can use chicken breasts)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Wash the chicken, then cut it into pieces and place them in a baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and add the other ingredients.

Baste the chicken and put it in oven for one hour.

Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels.

Notes

A very tasty gravy can be made from the pan juices.
